	good varity of selections, however I would like to see a few more authenitic Cujun/Cerole dishes. The appitizer and entree that we order was cooked to perfection and very fresh. The Mint Juleps are superb. Unfortunely, the music starts late and I was looking forward to hearing some good jazz.
